KAUSHALYA Foundation (KF) is envisioned in 2007 by a group of young agribusiness and rural management professionals with empathy for the marginalised and under-privileged mass of the society, all of whom decided to work at the grassroots in order to change socio-economic condition of community. 

KF believes that equipping the marginalised and poor with the technical, organizational, marketing, negotiating and networking skills will enable them to break free from intergenerational poverty.
